Water Leak Detection Conventional System (WD-AS) uses water leak cable in conjunction with Water Leak Panels to detect water under floors.
Features of Products :
- Water Leak Detection cable consists of four conductors, two water sensitive and two data.
- The cable is restorable and corrosion resistant and does not require replacement after being wet.
- Cable can be installed in the path of a potential water leak.
Installation and Testing :
- Installation: Install the WLD cable on the floor. Connect the leader end of WLD cable to WLD Panel.
- Testing: Immerse the WLD cable in water to stimulate a water leak. An alarm will be sent to WLD Panel and the display the leak distance in meters. Dry the WLD Cable to restore in normal mode.

Installation and Testing :
- Installation: Install the WLD cable on the floor. Connect the leader end of WLD cable to WLD Panel.
- Testing: Place a wet cloth over the WLD cable to stimulate a water leak. The length of cable in contact with wet cloth should be at least 3-inches. An alarm will be sent to WLD Panel. Dry the WLD Cable to restore in normal mode.
